Shipping Policy

Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has been dispatched. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

Shipping Times
Once dispatched, estimated delivery times are 7–12 business days depending on your location and local customs processing. Please note these are estimates — occasional delays caused by high demand, carrier disruptions, or customs clearance are outside our control.

Tracking
Every order includes tracking. You will receive your tracking number by email once your order ships. If you haven't received tracking information within 4 business days of ordering, please contact us.

Customs & Duties
For international orders, your package may be subject to customs duties and taxes imposed by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the product price or shipping cost. We recommend checking with your local customs office if you are unsure about applicable fees.

Lost or Delayed Packages
If your order has not arrived within 20 business days of dispatch, please contact us and we will investigate with the carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing or incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout.

Wrong Address
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are unable to redirect packages once dispatched. If an incorrect address is provided and the package is returned to us, the customer will be responsible for any reshipping costs.
